   CALENDAR EVENTS: WHYVILLE OUTBREAK HOUR

Come to the Greek Theater at 4 PM, WhyTime (Pacific), on Wednesday, April 27th, for our OUTBREAK HOUR to CHAT LIVE with Nina Fefferman, PhD.

In this Outbreak Hour, we'll talk about the return of the Dragon Swooping Cough, what we know about it, what we can do to minimize its spread, and get and update on the donation drive and the vaccine development.

Nina uses math to study infectious diseases. She studies diseases in people and animals all over the world, but especially in North America, Europe, and Africa. She's a professor at Rutgers University in New Jersey, and she works regularly with the CDC and the Department of Homeland Security to try and keep us safe from outbreaks.
