TIP!!! Who are City Workers?:

City Workers are adults who live around Los Angeles and are paid by the company that makes Whyville. It's a real job for us, just like when your parents go to work. They all have special skills that Whyville needs: programmers, artists, community managers, etc. City Workers always wear a red beanie with yellow 'CW' letters printed on it. If someone claims to be a City Worker, and he isn't wearing the beanie, 911 report him immediately.
