Are humans really relying on pesticides or bug repellent to get rid of their problems with pests? The pesticides we use today can be extremely harmful to our health and the way we choose to use them is sometimes not the best choice. Humans of this generation are trying to reduce the use of pesticides and I think that you can't say that we have gone too far. It's the right thing to do because it is dangerous for humans to be exposed to.
I can honestly say that limiting the amount of pesticides is better for our system but more importantly reducing pesticides is good for our mother Earth. But then again, no matter what we do the pesticides are not just going to vanish from the earth, pesticides in the first generation were from more natural earth substances like the well-known plant called poison ivy. This is where humans went wrong with making the pesticide DDT, used to kill weeds, fungi, and other pests. So if we really try to reduce the use of pesticides, it might be good for our planet and benefit us as well, but there is still going to be pesticides in more natural environmental ecosystems.
The pesticides are all around us and what is easier to pay less, spray pesticides and make money selling your food or crops. The increase in using pesticides is because farmers and any average Joe who wants to grow food will not have to worry about "pests" eating away at their plants. Family homes also use the pesticides to protect their home from insects like spiders and centipedes. It's an easy way to get them out of your home and not have to deal with this problem.
Buying pesticides are cheap and resourceful for any land, home or crop owners so that could be a reason why the use of pesticides has increased. These pesticides can also be in our food and on plants that we don't wash or research about. The aquatic lifestyle has many pesticides and in the aquatic food chain you can get an increasing rate of multiplying pesticides and humans are exposed to the most. It's hard to keep these pesticides away from our bodies but with the amount of pollution in the air, lakes and the rest of the world, I can't help to think that we will never limit the amount of pesticides.
To get this information about pesticides and answer questions it helps to do research and to try to learn more about how to limit the amount of pesticides on food. You can grow food organically and grow your own gardens naturally without insecticides. The information from these questions can be answered at any science website or you can always check any pesticide website. Books, television, and websites all have information on anything you would like to know about these chemicals. If I wanted to know about companies or areas that are affected as a cause of pesticides, I can search that also and see if they are trying to reduce the use of pesticides. Overall humans, as well as I, need the world to reduce the amount of man-made pesticides and keep the earth more natural, even if the pesticides cannot be removed for good.
