Lizzie06 reporting here. Are your parents living a dream in you?
A week ago there was this father that got in a fight with the coach of his son's hockey team. The coach died, all because of violence.
It started when a couple boys on the team got into a fight, then the dad came down to the ice and told the coach that the practice shouldn't be so violent. They got into an argument, the coach lost his temper and threw a punch, and so the dad threw a punch in self-defense. Little did he know that that punch would cost that coach his life.
So, the question I'm asking you is, are your parents over-supporting you in sports? Like, do they yell and swear at coaches or throw fits in the bleachers? If so, this is a big deal; you should talk to them and say really nicely, "Mom or Dad, I know you are really supporting me, but sometimes it can be embarrassing."
That's all you have to do. The question is, do you have enough guts to do that? Because when parents act that way, it makes it no fun for the child that just wants to play b-ball or something.
Don't let your parents take all your fun. Take charge!
Thanks for listening,
