I am an artist; a writer; a musician.
I take in the world around me, wide-eyed, searching for inspiration.
I listen to the words buzz frantically in my mind, waiting to be written.
I touch the sound of silence, and fill it with song.
I taste the colors of life, and relish in their sweetness.
I make believe that all the world's a stage.
I feel the emotions rush by as I perform.
I believe that expression is vital to truly be human,
And I worry that sometimes, I won't be able to get my feelings down on paper.
I understand that we all make mistakes.
I hope that people forgive me for what I've done wrong,
And I try my best to put other's messes in the past, to take them for what they are, in return.
But most of all, I will always be an artist; a writer; a musician.
