Homework Help!

Hello everyone, this is Sonner again, here to talk about homework stuff.
First off, if you never do your homework, most teachers they will
give you a 0 and it would look awful on your report card! So here are
some tips for schoolwork.
- Make sure you have a piece of paper handy and jot down your homework
that you need to finish.
- Don't do stuff that distracts you from being focused on your work, so you can concentrate and get good marks.
- When you have a test, don't worry, maybe 15 minutes of studying is all
you would really need for a test. Just because the teacher says it's 5
pages long doesn't mean you have to study hours on end. This girl in my
class studied an hour and a half for a test on locating and spelling
the names of southern Asian countries and got 98%! But I studied about 15
minutes and got 96%. There is really no difference in those marks. I believe
any good mark should reach from 70% to 100% which is good. 60's aren't
bad, if you had like a very hard French or grammar test like locating
verbs and adjectives and stuff.
- I must confess on the weekend at about 7:00pm Sunday evening is
when I usually start my homework. My parents keep on saying to do my homework
after school, but I never do. It doesn't matter when you start it, just as
long as you finish it before the due date.
- Don't be afraid to ask questions about things. You may think the
question could be dumb but maybe other people have the same question and
didn't have enough guts to ask themselves.
- Read a book! Reading can improve your spelling and maybe if you have
book reports monthly, just divide 24 days by how many pages you have in
the book and that's how many pages you should read a day. (You can read
more -- no teacher would discourage that!) That should give you about a
week to plan and do your book report.
Hope these tips were helpful to some of you people.
