I'm definitely not new in Whyville, and I've seen prices on EVERYTHING. Then I happened to hear a conversation on the prices of items and thought, "Why not make an article on what people think of Whyville pricing?"
I put out posts and looked for people who would do it. I interviewed several people and here's what some of you said:
Tech-Girl
Q. What do you think is the most outrageously priced item?
A. Um, I have a few answers. Those funky tables and the Valentines Tables.
Q. How much would you like to see them go for?
A. Well, they should have sales, and things like 15% off. The Valentines Tables should go for 60-70 clams.

Q. What do you think is the most outrageously priced Item?

Ants
Q. What do you think is the most outrageously priced Item?
A. I think a bookshelf or a couch is far too expensive. Paint too.
Q. How much would you like to see them go for?
A. I would be delighted to see them all go for around 30 clams.
You all answered questions like "What do you think needs to be raised?" and "How much should they go for?" Here's the percentages of that:
Bricks:20%
Red Flower:20%
Red Couches:20%
Projectile Clams:20%
Polka Dotted Barettes:20%
Nothing:20%
As you could see, no one could make up their mind on that.
This is my thought: I think that the rooms are way too high. They
should go for 150 at the most.
Well, this is Etrnl * signing off. Good morning, good day,
and good night.
