"I-I don't believe you," Chelsea's look-alike told Nadia looking dazed.

"Listen, your sister is in my world and I am in hers so if you ever want to see her again you need to get rid of me and that won't happen if I don't figure out how to get back to 2010." Nadia started out confidentially, but ended in a quiet whisper. The look alike had a funny expression on her face. Nadia wasn't sure if she liked the look.

"If you are telling the truth, then tell me everything you know and we can see if we can get to the bottom of this." The look alike sat down on the light blue blanket sprawled out on the cheap hotel bed. She patted a seat next to her for Nadia to sit at.

"Before I tell you anything tell me about yourself. I can't trust you if I don't know who you are." Nadia sat down and looked into the look alike's chocolate colored eyes. She was a mirror image of Chelsea.

"My name is Katherine," Chelsea's twin began. "My sister, Aidan, and I were the best of friends. We live in upper Michigan with our mother. Our father died in the last year. If I didn't have Aidan I don't think I could of made it through the heartbreak alive." Katherine started choking up. Nadia felt a pang of guilt. She hated having her parents divorced but having her father die was much, much worse than divorce.

"I'm so sorry," Nadia said pitying the girl. "Please continue."

"Thanks," Katherine said sympathetically. "As I was saying, Aidan and I were always together. Our mother decided to take us on a holiday to New York City about a week ago. We were thrilled. When we arrived last Monday, Aidan was normal for a day . . ." Katherine paused looking at Nadia with tears welling up in her eyes. "Then Aidan changed. She insulted me constantly and told me . . ." Katherine let out a startling sob. "She said she wished I would die. It didn't take long before I started realizing this personality change was too bizarre to be real. I started following her around, and I saw things I wish I could take back. Aidan would go into broken-down buildings and meet with people. There would be violence and sometimes bloodshed. I didn't know what was wrong. Then it hit me; this wasn't really Aidan. I don't know where I came up with the insane idea, but it sounded like a perfect possibility."

"You are very smart." Nadia said admiring Katherine's intelligent guess.

"That's all I know; now it's your turn to tell me what you know."

"Gosh I don't know where to start." Nadia tried to think back to when she first entered the parallel world. "Well, a few days ago I entered this world. I first thought everybody was trying to pull a joke on me. My mom and sister Chelsea who actually turned out to be you would try to convince me I was actually Aidan. I also realized I was in a different time as soon as I walked outside the hotel and saw the old fashioned world around me. There was also this man. He was filthy and said that I reminded him of somebody."

"Wait!" Katherine exclaimed. "Did you say the man was filthy?"

"Yeah, what about it?" Nadia asked looking suspiciously at Katherine.

"When Aidan came out of the bathroom the day she must have switched with other Diana girl she was all dirty. What if the man you met and Diana were from the same world? What if more people than we think have been falling through time warps all along?" Katherine sounded worried when she explained all of this to Nadia.

"Oh my gosh you're right. There must be another world." Nadia then remembered something else about the day she met the man from Diana's world.

"Katherine, there were these two girls," Nadia shivered just thinking about the horrible encounter. "The girls' older brother was killed. I thought it was Aidan who did it since I had no clue there was another identical identity out and about wreaking havoc. Diana has done more than we think."

Katherine frowned thinking hard about what their next approach would be. "There is only one way we will be able to get this time travel insanity fixed." Katherine looked at Nadia with a solemn expression on her face. "We need go back to the outside world and find somebody who can help us. And I think I know just the person."

The sun was going down when Katherine and Nadia stepped inside a taxicab.

"1874 Jefferson Street." Katherine told the driver as if she memorized the address.

"Who are we going to see?" Nadia asked curiously. Katherine wouldn't tell her in the hotel. She said she didn't want their mother to hear. This made Nadia even more curious to whom the mystery person was.

"You're going to have to wait." Katherine said staring straight at the back of the driver's seat, hardly blinking.

The car ride was long and silent. Katherine kept looking forwards without making a single noise. She looked as if she was in some sort of pain.

After what seemed like days the taxicab came to a halt and Katherine beckoned Nadia out of the car. The two girls were standing outside of a house. It was the kind of tiny building that just screamed antique and fragile. The windows were all stain glass and the chipped paint on the outside of the house made the building a bit old looking.

Katherine clutched the doorbell and looked down at her feet. She sucked in her breath. Was she ready to do this? The girl decided on knocking instead. She banged on the door three times until a figure came to the door. When the door opened a teen-age boy looked out at the girls. As he looked at Katherine he looked startled, and then looked sad.

"Katherine, what are you doing here?" He asked while his cheeks reddened. "I haven't seen you since . . "

Katherine cut in. "Since you broke my heart?"
