The ocean is a thing that is always moving
with the waves crashing back and forth.
Waves signify the memories,
the memories of us together.
Sounds of the fish wandering in the depths.
Depths can be just like the past
and with that the past may never come back
I still have the thoughts of you and me.
Brilliant royal blues and soft gray reflections,
reflections of time passing too fast.
The ocean can signify times moving along,
times of us being together.
Standing at the side of the ocean,
thinking of life the way it used to be.
Everything was unplanned yet perfect
