You know how it feels. Having to wait in the blue room all the time. The
neon blue room. But I'm sure you haven't noticed the two little people down in the
corner. Those two are us, january and Tass. The waiting room has become our
home. Yep, sitting there all day long, through and through. It's like we're
attached there with super glue.
You know it's sad, really. We have to feast
on that bird... not much of a feast, as everyone else waits 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and we
sit there and try to enter the Whyville place. We seem to sit there for
months on end.. but it seems like years. And when we had the Why-Pox, we had
no Kleenex. Or blankets. Or Tylenol for our headaches. It was horrible. BUT
we seem to have made it... somehow.
We know that the waiting room will
always be there to keep us out. Yes, yes. And seem to let everyone else in.
*sniffle. It's so sad. Oh! And on those blue moon days when we get in, when
a kind stranger sneaks us in, it is a miracle... but then again, maybe not
because we are surrounded by strangers. *sigh* It's very difficult...
We are socialites, but... *sigh* we need our people. Our eyes have grown white from the
constant neon-ness... we are now blind in sunlight. Our necks are bent for
eternity. We do not sleep, nor do we spend time with our families. We really
would like to, but as you know we can't get in and no one notices us.
If only more people would see us! Then maybe... just maybe we wouldn't only get in
on a blue moon! We would be able to chat... like normal Whyvillians! What
joy! To be able to chat again! Our families could see that we are alive! (Not necessarily
well, but alive.)
We hope that if you see us you will sneak us in or donate to
our tiny hat. *Sigh* Living in the waiting room as we do is no fun. We
aren't sure how we got here but we are. So remember, be good to your why
parents/gf/bf/friends/family/enemies, 'cause you never know... We might be
sharing our waiting room house with you!
