I would like to say before I start that it was I who wrote The Return of the Math Monster article in the March 29th issue last year, and it will be me who give you this news and many more newsflashes to come.
Anyway, after nearly a year of some Whyvillians being on their guard at all times, others forgetting about the whole issue, and more mysteriously disappearing, the Math Monster seems to have fulfilled his hunger!!!! *Cheers!* It will be a year on Friday that the Math Monster first arrived in Whyville, and now he has gone!!!
But beware -- we have had reports coming in thick and fast from the OMH (Official Monster Hunts) that this terrible creature's latest disguise is to hide in Whyvillians' outfits, or even worse, THE BODY OF CITIZENS HE HAS EATEN! So look out; in that new baseball top Akbar just sold you, there might be lurking a monster, ready to strike and KILL!!! Or in that best friend you had, who disappeared and then suddenly returns, he might be lying in wait for the day to come when he may strike his first victim!
But this is highly unlikely.
