Spring is Here

I can hear the birds singing
And I can't help thinking
that spring is at the door
with flowers and more
with the south breeze
that makes your heart freeze
and makes your eyes twinkle
without a wrinkle
and puts a smile on your face
to show you its grace
and that's how you know
that there are lawns to mow
and gardens to plant
with a new chant
that spring is here
so take out your gear
and enjoy the weather
all together
with all your friends
and hope it never ends
and stays forever
cuz it might never
be the same again
but my life just began
I don't wanna lose
the things I choose
which is why
I wanna cry
when I think that spring will end
but I just can't stand
not to be outside
taking my pride
along for the ride
I can't decide
what wrong or right
but I just know that spring is good
because of all the yummy food
ice cream, fruits, and happy mood!
