This week, on the fourth edition of "Behind the Design", I am interviewing Mottie124! I am interviewing him about two parts he made: High Heels, and With Your High Heels On.
Hopeluvs: What inspired you to make these two parts?
Mottie124: I like Lady Gaga and her videos.
Hopeluvs: Which video of Lady Gaga's inspired you to make High Heels and With your High Heels On?
Mottie124: You and I.
Hopeluvs: How long did it take to do the glasses and chin-piece altogether?
Mottie124: For the glasses, it took me about 30 minutes. For the chin-piece it took about four days since Akbar didn't accept the first time.
Hopeluvs: Did you have to convince Akbar to accept, due to copyright issues?
Mottie124: No it wasn't copyright issue. He said that I couldn't have a song title as the part's title, so I changed the title.
Hopeluvs: When did you make both parts?
Mottie124: Two months ago!
Hopeluvs: Do you use a mouse or tablet for designs?
Mottie124: I use a mouse because it's easier to show detail on smaller parts.
Hopeluvs: When did you start designing?
Mottie124: I started designing the first year I joined Whyville . . . back in '08. I was terrible though!
Hopeluvs: Who was your role model for designing?
Mottie124: When I first started designing, I just did it. Now, my inspiration comes from real life clothes, people such as Lady Gaga, and what I wear to school.
Hopeluvs: What tips would you give beginning designers?
Mottie124: Keep designing and don't give up even if your parts look like poo!
