I'm not sure if this article will be accepted, but I think it could be considered creative writing. This will express my feelings towards the theories of E.S.P and Telekinesis.
First of all, E.S.P. is when you read someone's mind and Telekinesis is when you can move objects with your mind. The most important fact that may lead to making these things real is that we as human beings only use about 10% of our brain, leaving 90% percent unused!!! I truly believe if we could unlock that 90% percent we would be able to perform the abilities of Telekinises and E.S.P.
I also believe that many events we consider "mystical" are merely a tool of the mind. For instance some people perform "fire readings" or sit down and look at a fire until the fire lets their mind drift and they see a picture which they believe can be used to predict the future. Now, I believe fire readings to be a sort of mirror or reflection of things the mind already knows but can't remember. Sort of like when you wake from a dream and you know you had the dream but you can't remember what happened in it.
As for those who do claim to have E.S.P., I believe they simply may have unlocked a little bit more of their mind. I think that if you do Yoga, Tai chi, etc, that may help to unlock part of the brain. Also, if you do brain teasers or things that make you think differently, that may help. But can you imagine what would happen if we DID unlock that 90% of our brain?? The possibilities are virtually endless!!
