Thank you seems seems too short of a statement to say to you. It almost seems too ungrateful of a comment to say after what you have done for me.
Do you remember when you almost saw me cry? You lowered your voice and said comforting words to calm my troubled soul. That gesture showed me how much you cared about me. You cared enough about me to help me feel okay.
Remember the time where you saw my eyes red from tears for the first time? You made eye contact with me. Your emeralds looked into my eyes as I talked to you, trying to keep my voice level. I remember feeling your hand brush against my arm softly as you breathed out words that comfort me daily.
Do you remember what you told me back in December? I do. I remember reading your texts reminding me what you said. I have those saved on my phone.
