Author's Note: The wording is a bit weird because this was an assignment for school and I had to include specific figurative language, but you still get the general idea.

Spread your wings and fly, come to me my dear.
Simply said, something should suffice for me.
Wild winds like a whisper in my ear.
Unlock my heart with a skeleton key.

The quiet screams for you end in sorrow.
I will pity the fool that falls for you.
For you I'd climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
Though I am that fool, I pity me too.

The emerald specks of fire in your green eyes,
The way your hair shines in the morning sun.
In my stomach I feel the butterflies.
Without even trying, my love you've won.

You've got me captive boy, not letting go.
Please, let's talk so we can say hello.
