Happy Halloween Whyville! This week I will be showing you a simple Halloween themed nail tutorial. Anyone can do this cute nail idea, as long as you stay patient and never give up.
For this tutorial you will need an orange, black, and green nail polish. A black nail pen, and an clear coat of nail polish.
To begin, start off with a clean set of nails. Apply the orange coat to begin with. Reapply with a second coat if necessary.
Once your orange polish is completely dry you can begin drawing black lines with your nail pen on your pinkie, ring, middle and index fingers. Don't worry if you can't get a nail pen. You can always use a toothpick dipped in black nail polish.
The next step gives your nails something extra. With your nail pen, or toothpick, draw a pumpkin wherever you want on your thumbs. Don't forget to add a face to your pumpkin!
When you are satisfied with your pumpkin, paint over the orange polish surrounding the pumpkin in black. This part can be tricky so take your time and be patient.
To finish off your Halloween nails use your green polish to add a stem to your pumpkin.
Don't forget to finish off with a top coat so your Halloween nails will last you through Halloween night!
