Jenkins, Ayzanski, and Rosenman created the Jenkins Activity Survey to determine behaviors that led to coronary heart disease. This survey was modified into the personality tests we see today.
Type A people are hard-driving, competitive, and mainly achievement-addicted people. Then we have Type B which are those who are easy-going and laid back.
The importance behind it is that Type A personalities were more prone to coronary heart disease and heart attacks. This probably coming from the stress that they place on themselves from work and contests as well as their being more aggressive.
I've taken some questions from various tests and compiled them onto a shorter test for you to take. I also changed around questions to fit my own format. If you want to take the full-length 80 question test to be certain, I placed the link below.

B. I feel accomplished and treat myself
Results:
- Mostly A's= Type A Personality
- Mostly B's= Tupe B Personality
- Equal= "Type C" Personality
The quotations behind Type C personalities are there because this type was invented after people felt that they were exactly in the middle.
I truly don't believe in a Type C because the two personalities themselves are pretty conflicting, so it seems a nearly impossible feat. to be in between both of them.
