With March being Whyville's birthday month and spring coming on fast, I was feeling the creative urge! Sadly for me and those who might fall into the category of collateral damage, I am probably one of the least artistic people that ever lived. I started out drawing this picture in pencil, and then to give my little inner artist a boost, I scanned it onto the computer and colored it in using my handy dandy picture editor, Photofilre. I'd like to imagine that somewhere out there exists a City Worker party hat.
