Hi Whyvillians! Are you looking for a fun, delicious treat for Easter? Well, these pastel colored deviled eggs are positively fun to make and will put a smile on anyone's face.

Ingredients:

18 Hard Boiled Eggs
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Milk or Half-n-Half
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Paprika to Taste (optional)

Egg Dye:

Any Colored Food Coloring (Have many different colors)
Cold Water
1 Teaspoon Vinegar for Each Color You Have

Directions:

Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs and slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place in a bowl. Set the yolks aside. Get enough glasses or mugs for the number of colors you want to use. Fill the mugs or glasses 2/3 of the way full with cold water. Add 3 drops of desired food coloring along with 1 tablespoon vinegar to each mug or cup. Place egg whites in the mugs and allow to sit in the food coloring until the desired color is reached. Remove whites from dye and drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Take the reserved yolks and mash them with a fork, make sure there are no small lumps! Mix the mayonnaise, milk, mustard, salt and pepper with the mashed yolk. Pipe or spoon the yolk mix into the colored egg whites. (You can use a ziploc bag to pipe by cutting one small off after spooning in the filling.)

Optional: Sprinkle paprika over the yolk mix for taste and decoration.

Thanks to Texas Recipes for the delicious recipe!
