You may be wondering why this white-tailed deer is almost fully white! Well, I got to experience seeing this gorgeous animal and the twin appear in my yard on a daily basis several years ago. This rare sight is of a piebald deer; not an albino as many would initially assume. The chance of seeing one is said to be 1 out of 100, and I had the amazing chance to see two! I took this photograph of this piebald when he/she was looking for the mother. Unfortunately, the time I was able to watch these deer was short-lived because both were hunted by neighbors. Although they are no longer alive, I still hope they will magically appear back in my yard.
