Hello guys! This week I decided to share my hygiene routine, with you guys. Keeping clean and smelling fresh, is very important and good for you. So I'll be sharing with you some of the products, and things I use. I'll show you what I use when it comes to teeth hygiene, shower routine and other lotion and perfume. Keep reading to see my hygiene routine.
Teeth Hygiene
Toothbrush - The toothbrush I use, is just the Oral B toothbrush. I think it's a decent brand, and I just simply like it.
Toothpaste - Now the toothpaste I use is Colgate. It's definitely my favorite toothpaste brand. I love the minty refreshing taste, and keeps your teeth clean.
Mouthwash - I also use mouthwash, after brushing my teeth. The one I use is the Listerine mouthwash. It's my favorite, and leaves your breath smelling fresh and clean.
Shower Routine
Shampoo/conditioner - I do not wash my hair every single day. However the shampoo I've been using recently, is the Head and Shoulders. It is my favorite shampoo, and is great for my hair type.
Bodywash - For bodywash, I just use my Dove bodywash. Dove is my favorite beauty care brand, and this body wash leaves your skin smelling fresh and clean.
Soap - I also sometimes use the Dove soap bar, it's definitely the best soap bar I've tried. Again with the fresh smell.
Shower sponge - I use a shower sponge like this, with my body wash. This is great, as it really takes off all the dirt and dead skin cells. You can also find very cheap ones, in any shop.
Face Soup - For washing my face, I use the Clinique face shop. It's absolutely amazing! It really wakes you up, and keeps your face smooth and clean. For best results, I use this twicely, once in the morning and once at night.
Lotion and others
Lotion - For lotion, I've recently been loving Victoria Secret's. I'm really into floral and girly smelling lotions, this is perfect! I use this everyday after the shower and before I sleep, It keeps my skin smooth and smelling good.
Body Spray - This may not count as hygiene. But my favourite spray, is the Charlie collection. I like to use this straight after I shower, my favourite is the Charlie red. They are very affordable and smell great.
Perfume - Now for perfume, my favourite perfume is the Nicki Minaj Pink Friday. I've bought this twice, and absolutely love it. It has a fresh fruity smell, and is definitely long lasting.
Deodarant - I forgot to add my deodorant! The deodorant I use is the Dove original. It doesn't really smell of anything, but is great and works for me.
