It is a typical evening. I log onto the Internet and after the
absolutely necessary checking of the e-mail, I immediately head to
my.whyville.net. With my fingers crossed and eyes squeezed shut, I go into
my account, hoping that I will not have to see that oh-so familiar blue and
purple screen.
But wait! I do see the blue and purple screen -- but
something is different -- something is not quite right. Oh!! I see! The map and
the newspaper icons are missing! Is something wrong?? What is happening
here!?!? After scrolling down, I realize there's a link to take you to the
"Whyville
Lounge". Interested, intrigued and VERY curious, I click on the link and am
brought to a most wonderful sight!
A room made just for little people deprived of Why-Passes, just like
me!! Wow!! With a very cozy interior design -- white shag carpet, bright and
bold colours -- I am most very impressed!
The Whyville Lounge is very cool and one of the best things ever for deprived people like me! With a spot to purchase Why-passes, a link to the Whyville Times and to the map of where everyone is! At first it seems just like the original screen that pops up after
signing in... but wait!
There is more -- a virtual tour of Whyville and an opportunity
to explore the great wonders of Whyville as a guest! This is just too good
to be true! I am amazed! Thank you, Whyville!!
