This was an order I filled last week for someone's birthday. Blanche is the name of the birthday girl. The cake is chocolate with a layer of buttercream frosting, then decorated with different colors of fondant. The bow is easier to make than it looks. You just simply fold strips of fondant in half, leaving space at one end to give it a loop effect, then attach it to the cake with frosting. The name tag is white chocolate with "Blanche" written in dark chocolate.
