Blue.
They were dark around the outside,
fading into a harmony of brown
I swear I saw the earth.
As the lights would dim,
the world would crumble
The black expanding,
corrupting our humanity
But as the skies would have it,
with their glow ever so bright,
Light where the planet took back its rightful place
and the shores settled upon you
How sad is it that you would blink?
As if my batting lids wasn't enough time away from your eyes.
