Love is pure,
like for a broken heart, it's a cure,
it's when you can trust,
and if you can't, it's no more then dust,
it's when you rely,
tell the truth, not a lie,
be happy at the other's joy,
don't treat the person as if a toy,
when you bring happiness into their lives,
not stabbing pains like millions of knives,
it's when you're sad when a friend of theirs dies,
it's when you support them when the person cries,
it's when you can know what the other is thinking,
without any words, just by their expression,
whether it's happy or miserably sinking
it's when you don't talk behind their backs,
about their weaknesses or what the he/she lacks
it's when you are the best you can be,
so they can notice your care for them, let them see!
