Hey everyone! This is LiLQT092 with a scam report for you!
I one day was sitting in City Hall when I noticed that I had mail. Well, of course I got excited because I don't ever get that much y-mail. So I went to my box and found it was a message from someone named WhyvillStaf. Of course, I really did think that it was from City Hall or something like that, so I opened the mail and it went like this:
This is WhyvilleStaf reporting to you that you MUST pay at least 15 clams to CityHall in the next 24 hours. If you refuse to pay the fee then you shall be wether banned, perm. silenced or perm. vaporized which is all up to City hall to decide. Please pay your fee we do not like to do this but we cant help it some people just need to pay up to Whyville.
Hahaha! After I read that mail I immediately went to the City Records and looked up 'WhyvilleStaf'. Sure enough, it was a person that didn't make any clams and had just joined our town. Once I knew that, I sent a y-mail back to 'WhyvilleStaf' telling them that I was going to report them to City Hall for trying to scam me.
If you or a friend get or got a y-mail from someone named WhyvilleStaf, DO NOT do whatever they ask you to do. All they are doing is trying to get clams, face parts, trophies, etc. from you. I hope that everyone listens to this article and I also hope that the REAL City Hall accepts this in the Newspaper! =)

City Hall does not decide what articles get published in the Whyville Times!! It is I, the Times Editor, who makes those decisions. We're at least two different people, I promise! ;-) Thanks for letting me clear that up.
