My sister's class does this thing in gym class with cards, and I thought it was a neat idea to get some exercise. If you keep reading, you'll know how!

You'll need:

A deck of cards (or at least a large variety)
A glass or plastic jar
A small piece of paper
And a 'legend'

Take your jar and place your cards in. Each suit has a different exercise, let's say Diamond was Jumping Jacks. If I pulled out a king of Diamonds, I'd do 10 jumping jacks.

Take your piece of paper and write your legend.

You could do the same everytime, or you could do Sunday-Wednesday on the front, Thursday-Saturday on the back. Just write your legend of what each suit is and stick it in your jar.

Basically, if you were to get a 7 of Diamonds, you'd do seven jumping jacks. So, the number you get goes how many of the exercises you do, based on the suit.

Ace is either a 1 or 11.
