Springtime is unofficially declared in Florida with the blooming of tabebuia trees. These trees come in yellow and pink, with yellow being the most frequent color. The flowers fall to the ground relatively quickly making the surrounding grass around them very colorful.
Below are shots of yellow tabebuia trees I took on my phone that are around me. I unfortunately was unable to find any of the pink trees around my area.
