Author's Note: These are actual things I have bought with my own money. Please excuse my poor photography skills.
Do you have expensive fashion sense? Are you a little on the poor side? Well if you are, I feel you. Living in a town where the nearest stores are a Coach and Guess, I have to find clothes somewhere else. Luckily, I found a thrift store with the name of Plato's Closet! It's not you "clothes-for-grandma" store. It's a store for people in their teens or twenties who don't want to look like they jumped into an old lady's closet. Plato's Closet buys and sells in-style clothing ranging from stores like Ralph Lauren to Forever 21 to Hot Topic.
The main thing I love about this store is that the amazing deals I get for the clothes I find. I have bought 150 dollar shorts for my brother for only 15 dollars and they have lasted him 2 years right now and they're still going strong. As for me, half of my closet is filled with clothes and shoes that I have bought over the years. I always find 15 or 12 dollar dresses, 4-10 dollar shirts, and 12 dollar pants. They always keep up with the seasons and always swap out clothes, so you never see the same clothing every visit. Some examples of clothing you can expect to find are in the following pictures (My favorite is the Hello Kitty sweater):
Overall, I can't even explain how much I love Plato's Closet and I wish all of you beautiful clothes and a cheaper price!
