This year I am officially a college student. There is a lot of pressure to be a god student and hand in assignments on time when you have three assignments due the same day. While here, I've finally realized who I'm supposed to be and what I'm supposed to be.
My major is photography. I have wanted to go into photography since I was very young. It's always been something that makes me happy. I even got a professional camera for my high school graduation gift from my mom because she encourages me to follow my heart. I am so thankful to have a mom who encourages me. She's the only family member who has believed in me through it all.
While here at college, I am finally me. I can show my individuality without being afraid. Even if sometimes I feel my world is pushing me down, I can finally push myself up. Things might not be okay all the times, but I am finally me and nobody will take it away from me.
