Hello. My name is LeaM, and since everyone is talking about animal cruelty, I felt that I had to share my thoughts. Although this is my first article ever, I feel very strongly about what I have to say. I'll try to make it short and sweet.

In school, we were made to dissect a frog. Although I am a vegetarian, my fascination and curiosity allured me. During the dissection, one boy picked up the frog that he was working on and started running around the room yelling, "Super Frog!"

I was furious. This animal had died to contribute to this boy's education!

I guess my point is that I appreciate people's decisions to be meat eaters. That is your choice and I truly respect it. I just ask that if you're going to kill an animal for science or if you're going to eat animals, be respectful. Never forget that a living thing has given up his/her life for you.
