This is chellie69 clicking on. I have read Shalee's article on physical activity and was inspired. I would like to thank her for writing that article.

I am in grade 9 and I weigh about 110, which I am embarrassed about. I really want to fit into some of my summer clothes 'cause they are so cool. Which means I have to lose some weight. I am looking for activities and exercises so I can fit back into my clothes. In Shalee's article where it talks about lots of people being obese, it scared me. I do not want to be one of those people, and I gained a bunch of weight this year, so now I am ready to cut down on food and exercise. But all I wanted to say was, thank you for writing that article Shalee, it helped a lot.

This is chellie69 clicking off and saying "Good night and God speak"...lol.

Editor's Note: I hope you decide to talk about your choice of diet with a doctor or someone with medical training, just to make sure it's safe. Being worried about your weight is one thing; avoiding food altogether is another!

Keep it safe and keep yourself informed, that's my mantra,

Times Editor
