Paying Our Respects

Two eloquent Whyville poets pay respects to loved ones who have passed away:

by Kathryn
  Whyville Poet

A poem to my dearest friend who past away, Dylan.

The Skies Are Gray the Skies Are Blue

The Skies are gray the skies are blue
what do they mean to you
When the skies are gray no one is around
When the skies are blue I'll be here for you
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SKIES AREN'T GRAY NOR BLUE WHERE WILL I BE OR WHERE WILL I END UP
YOU DON'T KNOW I DON'T KNOW
THAT ONLY MEANS ONE THING
HE DECIDES.

I wrote a poem for my Grandfather because he recently passed away. I would like to share it with you, the Whyvillians:

Greatly missed

Respectful

Airplanes was your true desire

Never saw how great whyville is

Dearly loved

Please come back

Amazing

Whyville is the only place that I felt was the perfect place for sharing my poem. Thanks for reading it.

This is Megan123 signing off
