Watching 'round for a SUNNY DAY! Oh man! I swear I've gone crazy. Well, I
have had fun being crazy. I would like to tell you a story today about me.
It all starts about 45 minutes ago in the Pool Party.
I had spent about 30 clams on a new look. It was not just any look. Every
thing I bought was from the Bargain Basement. I had a Brown wave, and
orthodontist's nightmare, a yellow slicker, a huge snozzle, and of course
some crooked glasses.
I went into the Pool Party and decided to see what people thought of my
look. I didn't do what you're thinking, it was a little more subtle. I just moved around a lot, so people couldn't sit in places and would have to notice me.
Well, there's this guy named BenchMob. I had a great time chatting with him.
To see what his reaction was, I whispered to him, and asked him if he was
single. His answer? "No, you're just an ugly newbie."
Then, I decided to leave him alone, and was offered a makeover by another
girl, although I forgot her name. I told her I didn't want one, because I
liked the way I looked. She just left me alone after that.
The last person who said something to me was Singer01. And her question was
not based on looks. "Don't you work for the Times?" Because I was
having fun playing around, I answered, "No, I think you have me confused with
someone else." She quickly apologized to me, and left.
Later, I caught Singer01 in the Playground and told her what was going on.
She said she'd thought she had recognized the name.
Guess what? I looked like a newbie. I earn 102 clams. Today I had more fun than I usually do on Whyville.
A lot of people say that you shouldn't care what others think of you on
Whyville. That's something that is easier said then done, believe me.
People are WAY too judgmental! But if you'd like to be crazy for a while,
believe me, it's a lot more fun then being ordinary.
