SamGirl21
Apartment Owner

So many people on Whyville don't have plots. Now that I have on of my own, I want to share it! So I have opened Godfrey's Ridge Apartments.

As of today, since we just opened yesterday (as I'm writing this), there are three residents in the apartment building. Beya1000 occupies room 12, and richard85 and pupyluv23 occupy room 1, the luxury suite! Best wishes to these three.

So, are you interested in living in this apartment building? Rent is low! 10 clams for a regular room per month, and 20 clams for an efficiency with stove per month. Rent is due on the first week of the month. Godfrey's Ridge Apartments have a policy about evicting people: it doesn't happen unless absolutely necessary, in cases like a person leaves Whyville, or refuses to pay. Y-mail me for information.

The homeless situation in Whyville has just gotten worse. If more apartment buildings open up, it will get better and better! So if you have a house, consider turning it into an apartment building or at least let others share you house.

Good Sleeper

Here is whygal00, writing an article for the Times. All of you probably notice that lots of people love Whyville just TOO MUCH!!! These people have probably not gone to bed at least once this summer because their love for Whyville is too much

I have a few facts: not going to sleep at night is way serious, because in the morning at like 6am you might begin to feel sick or you might be too tired that you fall down or collapse or even sleep in the daytime. Plus, you won't be able to keep your strength up to even run 5 miles. Bad! Even worse, once you're used to it, you cannot sleep at nights at all.

So, once your mom or dad says go to bed, they mean it! Or someday you might even end up in the hospital.

This is whygal00, signin' off. Good night for people who sleep!

woodstock
Gambler, not a Learner?

This is woodstock, talking about the games at Whyville. See, I think there should be more games in Whyville. If there were more games in Whyville it would be a lot more fun. There should be games that you can have a ton of Whyvillians playing with you. There also should be some games that involve betting clams like blackjack, poker, craps and slots in a casino. Enough with the school-type games and get the good stuff. Well, that's all I have to say about that. *lol*

KiMmErS
Returned to a Dream

Hello! It's KiMmErS, back again, here to say how things have changed ever since I quit. Everything's different. There's like a beach! Your mailboxes, the map, the city records, etc have also changed. I have missed Whyville so much and I forgot how important it can be in life. Whyville isn't just a game -- it's a whole new world for everybody and can inspire you to do the right things and not do the wrong things.

I believe that if you just gave it one chance you can change and start to like it and not judge when you don't even know what it is or what it's for. I think that everyone should enjoy Whyville. It can change your whole life. I know, 'cause I've been on here for a long time. There have been so many new citizens! I don't even know if my other friends still come on. But I know they're out there.

Well, that's all I have to say. And so, until next time, Keep Dreaming And Believing. :)

chixlova
Thankful Citizen

Hello everyone, this is chixlova again. I have been on Whyville for about 2 years on my other screen name. We started out as a humble little town with few people and now Whyville has evolved. Along with it, the faces and the amount of citizens. I even remember when there were only about 10,000 citizens. Whyville has really grown -- I remember issue number 50 from the Times, and I think the Times Editor has done a great job and should be recognized for it. That's because he is always correcting articles he likes, then writing comments. It is really hard to do this and I think we should give a round of applause to the Times Editor.

That is all.
