Trying to Respect

Hello, as you can probably see, I'm Brody11. I'm writing this article because I disagree with some parts of smileNOW's article, Choice vs. Nature. It is NOT wrong to be homosexual . It's a part of life, not everyone likes people of the opposite sex. People have to be themselves, and if they are homosexual, bisexual or straight that is who they are and that is who they will stay and NO ONE should try to change that. If you even think of trying to force people to change, it is WRONG.

To the people think it is wrong to be gay, I bet you wouldn't like it if people called you names and laughed at who you are, so think about what how gay people feel when you declare they're all so WRONG.

The part of smileNOW's article I do agree with is being nice to those people who are different. I appreciate and respect her for saying that.

I also interviewed a few people and this is what they think.

First I interviewed Tessababy:

Me: Do you think being gay is wrong?
Tessababy: No.
ME: Why?
Tessababy: 'Cause it's natural for them.
Me: What do you think about people making fun of them?
Tessababy: I think it's stupid.
Me: I agree with you completely. Thanks.
Tessababy: You're welcome.

Next I interviewed Dawgie.

Me: Do you think it's wrong to be gay?
Dawgie: Yes.
Me: Why?
Dawgie: People should like others of the opposite sex.
Me: I'm sorry, but I disagree.
Dawgie: Oh.
Me: Thanks anyway.
Dawgie: Sure.

Then I interviewed Swim1011.

Me: Do you think it's wrong to be gay?
Swim1011: No, of course not.
Me: I agree, but will you still explain why
Swim1011: Because that's who they are.
Me: what do you think about people making fun of gay people.
Swim1011: I don't know. I'd ignore them
Me: Okay, thanks.
Swim1011: You're welcome.

This is Brody11, signing off.
