Take Care of Yourself

Hey there all you Whyvillians! OoreganoO here, writing about something very important in life. You absolutely must take care of yourself! Eat properly, have good hygiene, exercise and be safe!
Eating properly:
In my opinion (and in the opinion of most doctors), everyone should have a balanced diet. You know, fruits, veggies, dairy, fats and not too many sweets! Yes, yes, it is ok to have sweets once in a while, but make sure you brush your teeth afterwards! I'm sure you all know candy gives you those little holes in your teeth called *shivers* cavities!!!
Hygiene:
Being clean is very important! This includes washing your hair, washing your body, brushing your teeth, brushing your hair, that kind of stuff. Imagine what would happen if you didn't do all that!! You would have tangled hair, be covered in dirt, have cavities... all that stuff I don't want to think about. Remember, if you don't do that, it's time for the... dum dum dum... Dentist! Doctor! Hair Dresser! (Actually, I love getting my hair done, LOL... :D)
Exercise:
Exercising is also very important, like everything else! Exercising helps stay healthy and fit. Everyone should exercise at least 3 times a week. Whether it's walking to school, dance class, basketball, track, anything....
Safety:
Now don't tell me you all need a safety lesson! Okay, okay, I will just do some reminders:
- Look both ways before crossing the street.
- Stick with friends when walking to or home from school.
- Don't take ANYTHING from strangers.
- Don't go ANYWHERE with strangers.
- Don't TALK to strangers.
