Healthy Body Weight

There are lots of different things that effect body weight, such as the media, exercise and, obviously, food choices.

Now, how does the media have anything to do with body weight? Well, the truth is, it affects body weight a great deal. It seems that the perfect image of how a girl should look is super slim; boys, very muscular. But as you know, people come in all different shapes and sizes. To some, feeling the slightest bit overweight is devastating, which will affect your self-esteem. Though media should not influence our body weight, it does. So what we must always remember is that no one is perfect and not everyone, no matter how hard you try (nor should you try), will look the same.

Now remember, you should still, try to remain fit, not perfect, but fit. The key to fitness is exercise and healthy eating. Try going for a jog after school, or join a sports team. Not into the whole sports and running thing? Well, try going for a bike ride, or a walk. Also, try having carrot sticks or an apple instead of cookies as an after-school snack. It's all right to have a treat every now and then, but try to keep it to a minimum.

So remember, as long as you stay healthy, it doesn't matter what you what your weight is.

Thanks for your time,

Luv always,
