Hello, citizens of Whyville. It's me, KamuiX, writing to you about something that is bugging me and that might be bugging other citizens of Whyville. It's about the two questions that I find annoying, especially when the person doesn't even know you yet.
I'm pretty sure that you've guessed it... yup. The 2 questions are... *drum rolls*... "Do you have a gf?" and "Are you single?" Now, the reason why I have found that this is annoying is that right when I got a couple of good looking face parts, a lot of girls started asking me those 2 questions. They didn't even know me, or try to get to know me first before they asked those 2 annoying questions.
Yes, I know that it isn't all girls doing this, it's also guys, BUT there's a higher number of girls asking these questions then boys. Now, all that I'm asking is that everyone try to get to know the person or whatever before they start dating.
Now I can say that I don't like the whole dating thing, and that I think that people should just be friends. I mean, dating seems to be practically what the kids in Whyville think it's all about now-a-days... almost. I mean, it's still educational, but I think that it'd be a lot better if people would stop being so forward about g/f and b/f's. That's not what Whyville's all about.
I'm 14, and I'm not going to date till I'm 16. (And I really don't want to have my first date on-line, hehe.) I'm not saying that you have to be 16 in order to date, 'cause I'm not. That's just my family's rule, although I do think that it is a good idea. Just, please stop asking those 2 questions every single time you see a cute, "single-looking" person.
Thank you for reading my article about this subject. I'm sure that there might be some people annoyed by this article, but hey, this is just my opinion about this one thing that is happening in Whyville that I think we should try and be more careful about.
