Hello folks, underwrld here, and I'm going to talk about art history... yep, that's it, art history.
Did you know that some historians believe famous artists used optics to project a picture in a dark room, then trace the picture upside down? After this was completed, they would paint and shade the painting as it is seen in the view of a lens.
I saw this on an episode of "60 Minutes" and thought it was interesting enough to write about. Other art historians deny this theory, even though scientists have proved it is correct. "It could even be passed as a copy," said one scientist.
The man who developed this theory says that it doesn't take his appreciation for art away, but now he finds he has more.
