Hello! I'm back once again to talk about the subject of hacking. A terrible thing, it can ruin our Whyville lives (but hopefully not our real ones). It takes money, face parts, furniture and many, many more terrible things from us. To my knowledge, not many of us have experienced this. Unfortunately, I have.

When I got hacked, the person took most of my money. and I e-mailed City-Management@whyville.net to see if they could help me, expecting the usual "Never give your password out to anyone." To my surprise, I didn't get a reply that said those very words. Instead, I got this:

"It's possible that you forgot to log out of Whyville when you left the computer. That would easily explain this, and also why the perpetrator didn't actually change your password, because he didn't know it."
