Hey fellow Whyvillians, it's Krista12 here. I've taken three or four breaks now from studying for my music exam. The first two times, I tried to play the Solstice Safari game. To put it flat out, I know I am definitely going to lose!! But I also definitely had fun playing. My team members are from different time zones and hardly post on our team BBS, sadly. Nobody's posted or responded in a long long time.

At first I couldn't set my hometown, but I e-mailed city hall and they set it for me. Ever since then, I've had a blast playing. The bad part is my team! They don't reply to my y-mails or the BBS.

I just wanted to clarify one question that many people have. City Hall, when do we earn our salary for the Safari? It says in the Eyeball Expeditions that the Safari could raise our salary up to 12 clams and earn us bonuses up to 200 clams. But how? Hopefully you answer this question and publish my article!

Note from City Hall: I'm glad you've been enjoying the safari despite your teammates! Salaries and bonuses will be awarded after the safari has ended. That's because unlike the other games where the computer sets your salary, Kiki-iki-riki herself has to look at all your travelogs and BBS postings in order to decide your team standings, your salaries, and your bonuses. So, after the safari comes to a close, which will be in the next week or so, give Kiki a week or two to go through everyone's results, and you'll soon see your hard work pay off!
