A Perfect World

Have you ever thought of what perfect world would be like? If you haven't, just take a minute and think about it. I am fairly sure you did not picture Whyville. Whyville is a fascinating place, though, and it gives a perfect example of what would happen if you lived in a perfect world.

In a perfect world, you could look however you wanted. You could create your own business and have a huge mansion. You could hang out with your friends, make new ones, and communicate with people from different backgrounds and places.

Though our town isn't completely perfect, it is pretty close. And I know a way to make Whyville, and even the real world, better and closer to perfect.

One night while I was lying in bed, I came up with an idea. It was so brilliant, I jumped out of bed and wrote it down. It would take a lot of effort and help from nearly everybody in the world, but it just might work....

This is my theory: to get world peace, we have to start small. Step by step, eventually, peace everywhere can be accomplished. I start with one person. That is me. I keep peace among my family and my friends. This way wherever I am, I am in peace and at peace. Then, I tell a friend what I am doing. And she does it too. So now her family and my family and our friends are peaceful. At this point, we both tell another person. Now, four people are walking around in their own small bubble of peace.

I went to the CDC Infection simulator, and tested my theory. Peace would not be "infected" fast enough if I run my theory by myself, so now I'm telling the citizens of Whyville. If you guys try keeping peace in Whyville and in real life, maybe world peace can be accomplished. Just think about this idea. If you believe that this might work, try it. What can you lose?

Thank you for reading my incredibly long article, and as always, keep an open mind.
