Report on Grandma's

Ok, what's going on? I leave Whyville for a while and when I come back I read all these articles with people complaining, complaining, complaining! Give the Editor a break, you guys! Could you make a giant city on the net and run the whole thing? Hmm, give that a thought. They have lots to do here, don't make it harder on them!

And here's another thing that I saw. I've seen several articles about people saying that oldbies are taking stuff from Grandma's. Well, consider how that isn't possible!

When I was newer (a lot newer) on Whyville, just right after I could talk, I would go to Grandma's to get face parts. However, Grandma, she wouldn't give me any! She wouldn't give me any parts after I was about a week and a half old on here. So all these people writing in and telling us that oldbies are scamming Grandma, you try getting stuff from her. If you actually get anything, then write in and I'll apologize. But if you see that she won't give you any (i.e. the message that says, "Sorry, come back later, I don't have any parts..." C'mon, how long can you "not have parts" for? A year!?), then consider what I said.

Editor, you should know this: does Grandma or does Grandma not give out parts to citizens who have been on Whyville for a while?

Hi ho, hi ho, it's out of here I go!

Editor's Note: As I understand it, Grandma only gives parts to new citizens. After a week or three, you should have had the time to figure out some games and started to earn your own salary, so you shouldn't need donations anymore. That's the idea, at least.
