Today, as my science teacher lectured on about the ozone I started thinking and looking around the room. I was looking for people who looked like Whyvillians. I looked around the room and found one girl. The fact is, Whyvillians (who have been here for a while) can look as perfect as they want. Perfect lips, perfect hair... but is that real?
You see, the one girl who looked like a Whyvillian was pretty, but she also wore TONS of makeup. Just like the people in Whyville. She had perfectly permed hair. Perfect lipliner outlined lips, and perfect "tons of eyeshadow layer" eyes. She looked perfect! Just like people in Whyville.
Now, if you haven't noticed, newbies tend to look not as "perfect" as the rest of us, which is understandable, since they don't have as much money as we do. But in real life, most people look like newbies. We don't have perfect hair, perfect eyeshadow, the perfect contacts for out perfect shirt. We look like newbies! Which is not a bad thing at all.
I know this is a sad fact to stumble upon, but that's okay. We can all go into this wonder fantasy world, Whyville, where everyone can look as pretty as they want. But don't let the truth escape you, that this is not real.
Don't get me wrong, I love Whyville, and having a break from reality is a blast. Go have fun, guys! Make yourself the prettiest person in town! Have fun -- just remember the truth!
