Dearest Akbar,
Firstly, thanks for all that you have done for the Face Factory and the Face Mall. Without you, it's really hard to imagine what Whyville would be like. I wouldn't survive without both places, especially the Face Factory. Because of the Factory, though, you are under so much stress, with citizens who keep on submitting designs (me included). So much that, as I write this, you have gone away to recuperate in the south of France.
Once, I sent a letter to the City Management. They told me that they are devising a system in which citizens will someday be able to help in approving parts, or something along those lines. Hopefully, it will be ready soon.
There is also one thing that I would like to ask. Sometimes the design gets rejected, and I really put in a lot of work in it, and I get kinda crushed. I think, maybe our designs should still exist after rejection... although they wouldn't be for sale, we'd be able to make adjustments and re-submit them. But if we don't want them anymore, we can delete them, or people can choose if they still want the designs, whether they're approved or not.
Maybe the idea will put much more stress on you. I don't know, but I hope not. :-)
Yours sincerely,
Phantome
