~Start~

Okay... it's a Monday morning. Most kids are still on vacation, so I'm not surprised when it takes me a few minutes to log on to GrriesYEA. I look at my clammage and I smile, because I just got it up 4 points! (Unlike a lot of people, I have managed to get a high salary solely on the playing of games. It's amazing. And I am proud, because I just tackled a few things I found challenging! LOL.) Well, enough about that.

I go into the Pool Party as usual to see if anyone I know is in there. I see what I always see: people flirting. Asking for boyfriends and girlfriends. But what's that down in the corner? Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing? Yes. Yes, I am... and I can't believe it. People trying to cheat the Whyville system!

I look down and see a team of three people cussing. (They will remain anonymous, unless I am directly asked about it.) But no. They're not cussing in any old way. You'll be amazed. I'll just use an example...

Person 1: Bu
Person 2: tt
Person 3: head

And they would all erupt in laughter at their "intelligence". There they are. Sitting in a row. The third person would put a few letters, then the second and first would join. It continued like this for quite a while. As I'm sitting here writing this, I go back to the Pool Party and see them using different words, even adding dance moves. Let's just say it doesn't look proper.

But the example was not all that bad a word. In real life, they were saying BAD words. "The B word... S words... all kinds of bad words!!!" And I know that I can't even do anything about it. If I said, "You know you shouldn't cuss on Whyville," I'd get ridiculed. If I told on them, I'd be called a narc. And I bet one of them will even read this and know they were doing it. That's what I'm hoping for. I hope they read it! I hope they think about it.

I mean... how weird is it that people already cheat to get high salaries, deceive others by dressing as other genders (I've seen many of those cases), and now, getting a group together just so they can have a "good time" and not get taped. I've seen a lot of people around lately with the ever-pathetic duct taped mouths, but no. Not these. They'll probably go on for weeks without getting in an ounce of trouble, because it's not that easy to catch. I mean, if you're looking through a log and all you see is "tt", do you really think city workers will think they're trying to do anything? It could easily be a typo! So I bet nothing will happen.

Ahh... I think my problems may be solved. A trusty Whyville Safety Patroller has entered the Pool Party. And what do the people causing trouble do? "AHH! They're a WSP! Stop!!" So they all act polite. No more fooling the system... for now, anyway....

This is just another thing I see when I come to Whyville.
