Imagine you're in a courtroom because an officer of the law has done something illegal, let???s say. You are a normal citizen of your country, fighting against an officer of the law, when you know for a fact that this cop is in the wrong. Who do you think will win this case? This is Disorder here, talking about favorites and unjust actions from the courtroom down to our very own schools.
The story above has happened before and no doubt will happen again over the years. It is closely related to something that goes back years and years, when white was considered superior to black. Back then, if a problem occurred between a white man and a colored man, and the white man was in the wrong, whom do you think the law believed?
Even in schools today, some teachers play favorites. Here's an example: a model student has punched a troublemaker in the yard, no one witnessed it, and it is brought to the teacher. The teacher looks at both of them and sees that one has tended to behave inappropriately and lie, while the other never done anything wrong... I think you can see where this is going.
I think all of this is wrong. I believe in the innocent until proven guilty system and that all things that walk amongst the earth should be considered equals.
Have you ever tried to explain something to a teacher but they just won't listen or they refuse to do things another way than their way? Well, I think this is because they think their idea is right as well as we think ours is right; however, in this case, they are being very closed-minded and disregarding opinions.
I decided to write this article because I witnessed this today in school and it made me very angry.
Listen, take advice, and be open-minded.
