Everyone nowadays is very conscious about what they eat. Here are some facts that may surprise you:

1.  Butter is healthier than margarine in fattiness. Margarine is made out of hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is the leading source of trans. fat, which is the worst kind of fat for someone to eat.

2.  Did you know that eggs, especially the yolks, are one of the top 10 foods that contain large amounts of trans. fat? So all those years that you ate eggs for breakfast thinking how healthy you were, you were wrong. Even though it is high in protein, it also has large amounts of fat. Peanut butter is the same way.

3.  Cheddar cheese has 30 grams of fat in 3 oz. That is 10 grams of fat per ounce. Milk also makes up 14.5% of the fat an average person eats.

There you have it . Three facts you may not have known about what kinds of foods are fatty. So watch what you eat.
